Erin Andrews files for yet another lawsuit against stalker
This past Thursday, ESPN sports reporter Erin Andrews filed for another lawsuit against the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt, where she claimed that hotel staff gave out information of her room number to Michael David Barrett where he allegedly set up hidden cameras outside of Andrews peephole. Andrews cited negligence and invasion of privacy. This case is very similar to the one that went very public in July 2010 against the Milwaukee Radisson hotel where Andrews sought more than 1 million dollars in damages. Barrett was the perpetrator in this case as well where he rented the adjacent room to Andrews and made alterations to her doors peephole. Andrews is pressing on with her fight against the hotels and against Barrett, I will report on more information as it becomes available.
